GS&amp;P was responsible for the architecture, civil engineering, interior design and environmental graphic design. EMC Structural Engineers were subcontracted by GS&amp;P for the concrete design and Stan Reese Concrete provided the concrete installation. The renovation of 1967 office will meet PES' needs for the next 50 years and includes a new board room, computer training center, and a new state-of-the-art Head-End Center.
