Blending new and old into one neighborhood. Dilworth Walk is a 64-unit condominium project located in Charlotte. The project is comprised of two 35,000-square-foot buildings, each containing a tower element on the corner creating a gateway into the site. The buildings are designed with a partially open parking garage on the ground level with three levels of condominiums above. One- and two-bedroom condominiums are being offered ranging from 680 to 1,200 square feet. A major design component is to incorporate the new development into the surrounding residential area. The second phase of the project includes a 30,000-square-foot commercial building.
