Preserving history and promoting the future. GS&P provided services to preserve a Nashville landmark strip center/theater while introducing new stores for a mixed-use development. GS&P was conscious of the theater's historical presence in the Belle Meade area, designing a style reflective of the original theater's Art Deco style. This 150,000-square-foot development was designed to include a grocery store, retail space, bank, residential units and underground parking structure.
