Preserving history and promoting the future. GS&P is preserving a Nashville landmark strip center/theater while introducing new stores for a mixed-use development. GS&P was conscious of the theater's historical presence in the Belle Meade area, designing a style reflective of the original theater's art deco style. This 150,000-square-foot development will include a grocery store, retail space, bank, residential units and underground parking structure.
