Representing new wealth and prosperity. GS&P won first place in an international design competition for a new class A office building in Shanghai. The 45-story, 800,000-square-foot structure, located in the Lu Jia Zui Financial District of Shanghai, is made up of lease spaces for international financial institutions and private corporate suites.

The top levels hosts restaurants and private clubs connected by sky atriums with cascading gardens and spectacular views of the river and city. The podium building contains shops, restaurants and conference facilities organized around a glass-roofed, sky-lit atrium. The image of the building symbolizes the spirit of Pudong; the new financial center of Asia.
