Fatherland Street Mixed-Use Development
Nashville, Tennessee

Rebirth of a neighborhood.  In an area largely abandoned and neglected, GS&P design a three-story, mixed-use facility to enhance the revitalization and livability of a East Nashville neighborhood. Over 30,000 square feet of space were designed with opportunities and growth in mind.

Phase 1 of GS&P’s master plan includes the completed 37206 Building, designed with retail and office space on the first floor, the second and third floors have one- and two-bedroom condos. Already in the third phase of the development, Martin Corner Phase 3 (MC3) is designed as a remembrance to the mixed-use building from the early 20th century pushes the design envelope further toward contemporary design.
