Roadmap to success. For more than 30 years, the USACE has occupied space in the Estes Keafauver Federal Courthouse building in downtown Nashville. While multiple renovations have occurred over the years providing a more updated environment for workers, they were not developed in context with an overriding plan or strategy. In the spring of 2009, utilizing a GSA schedule, the USACE Nashville District hired GS&P to develop a workplace strategy. Through a series of interactive surveys, interviews workshops and planning sessions a master plan was developed that will be used as a guide for all future renovations to their Nashville office facilities. The report will provide a conceptual design philosophy to provide innovative, inspirational workplace design solutions that support and enhance their business processes.
