A successful relationship with Deloitte. For more than decade, GS&P has partnered with Deloitte to provide a broad range of professional services on more than 30 projects across the United States. Continuing on the heels of this successful partnership, in 2008 GS&P was again selected to provide on-call architectural and interior design services for Deloitte through the year 2013. Under this agreement, GS&P will support the needs and goals of up to 130 office locations nationwide.

Most recently, GS&P has been involved in the design of multiple small project roll-outs, which typically include 5,000 to 10,000 square feet and require a design and construction schedule of less than six months. Currently, the GS&P team is in the process of completing two Deloitte practice offices, one in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is LEED Gold registered and the other in Miami, Florida, which is LEED Silver registered.
