One-of-a-kind medical center. GS&P provided design services for a new Nashville Medical Trade Center (NMTC)—two-million-square-foot, $250 million project to be located on the site of the current Nashville Convention Center in downtown Nashville. NMTC will be the world's first global healthcare marketplace and meet the changing needs of the international medical community by creating an efficient, transparent marketplace for health care providers and suppliers. The building, design for LEED certification, is scheduled to begin construction in mid-2010.
