Home sweet home. Sullivan Farms is a 700-unit single family residential development of multiple neighborhoods within a master-planned subdivision. The developer expressed a desire to create a comprehensive identity program for the development. Following a presentation of several initial concepts to the local Mayor, GS&P's role was expanded to include the design of the identity program. A central theme of fieldstone walls and animals indigenous to the area became the design elements for the subdivision entrance and each neighborhood entrance. These common denominators provided the continuity to link each neighborhood together, but also allowed room to establish their own individual identity.
