Conceptual master development plan for historic area in downtown Nashville. Building upon a previously identified preliminary development program, GS&P prepared a series of sketch plan design alternatives for this historic area property, in addition to preparing a master site plan. The property sets out to raise the bar for adaptive reuse and historic preservation.

The thoughtful reinterpretation of a historic area with a nearby former factory will recognize the importance of community and creatively reuse space in the heart of Nashville. This adaptive, trendsetting identity for the plan will develop a new, modern urban living area out of a building that has been part of Nashville’s cityscape history for more than 100 years.
