New space and color promotes a healthy recovery. For this 30,640-square-foot relocation of an existing children’s clinic to an existing office building, GS&P provided the programming, space planning, construction and design of multiple clinic spaces (exam rooms, nurse stations, x-Ray room, infusions suites, ultrasound and sound booths).

This project was recognized for its outstanding interior design work by the Downtown Orlando Partnership, awarding the Nemours Children’s Clinic with a 2007 Golden Brick Award.  After the relocation and consolidation of the facility, for which GS&P provided interior design services, the NCC facility was recognized for its outstanding interior design work.

Golden Brick Awards are given each year to projects which affect the Downtown Development District and contribute significantly to its quality of life, making downtown Orlando a more exciting, interesting and desirable place to work, shop and play.
