Murfreesboro's new residential and retail development. One of the newest developments planned for Murfreesboro includes a six-story mixed-use development on the corner of Front and West Main Streets designed for approximately 9,000 square feet of retail space, 46 one- and two-bedroom residential units and an 85-space parking garage.

The project is designed as a modern interpretation on historic design. GS&P’s designers used “timeless” materials like those that are used in many of the existing buildings downtown to preserve the historic nature of the area. This includes a light gray limestone on the first two floors and a combination of red brick and dark gray polished stone or block on the remaining four floors. The roofline of the building is staggered and has cornice trim and the residential units will have balconies that face West Main and Front streets.
