A new, vibrant urban village. For Phase 1 of this mixed-use development, GS&P designed the office building component that includes six floors of office space and one floor (ground level) devoted to retail space. Designed with the overall architectural character of the McEwen development, the office is eclectic in nature – blending both traditional town center architecture and industrial-type style with a generous amount of exterior glass. Incorporating sustainable features into the building, the design includes many energy saving methods including high performance mechanical systems, glazing and elevators that significantly reduce energy consumption
Located on 93 acres in Franklin, Tennessee, this mixed-use community will feature a number of components that are essential for a vibrant urban village with upscale residences, stores and facilities for living, working and playing. The master plan includes a new 180,000-square-foot, seven-floor office building that will house Southern Land’s headquarters when it’s complete.
