This masterplan program calls for office, commercial/retail, residential and hotel/hospitality to be located in a massive new office, technology and residential development southwest of Xian's historic city center. Zoned development allows for flexibility of implementation while massing and orientation of buildings ensures each residential unit receives direct sunlight throughout the day.
