New multi-family development located near north Nashvilles Werthan Loft Community. GS&P is providing design services for Station Lofts, a new urban residential development in Nashville’s historic Germantown area.  The affordable housing project includes a three-story, 66-unit sleekly designed building, providing rental units in an eclectic and vibrant urban setting. The development is designed to complement the industrial character of the 1880s era Werthan Lofts located directly across the street.
