100 Oaks Development Master Plan

A new look and new purpose. GS&P is providing master planning and programming services to reposition the existing 100 Oaks Mall into a medical, mixed-use development with a total of 22 medical departments as well as retail, restaurant and residential uses. Within this scope of work, our environmental graphics group has specifically designed signage updating the mall's exterior and interior facade. More than half of the 850,000-square-foot mall will house clinical and administrative operations of Vanderbilt University Medical Center, with approximately 1,000 VUMC employees working at what will be called the Vanderbilt Oaks Medical Center. The facilities will accommodate 2,000 patients each day.
