New Resort Community. GS&P is providing the schematic design for the pre-construction sales presentation to realtors and investors for the new Arcadian Residence & Resort, a high-rise condominium project in Concord, North Carolina. The 13-story, mixed-use project includes 157 condominium units, as well as office, retail and restaurant space. Scheduled for construction in spring 2008, the project features an outdoor swimming pool and cabana bar, gym, spa, rooftop club house as well a private penthouse club offering a view of the adjacent racetrack and golf courses.
