It takes GS&P to build a village. Thedford Crossing is a new 450-acre planned community designed by GS&P for The Consortium Firm, Incorporated. The master plan is anchored by a mixed-use urban village oriented around a 3.5-acre public square with 1,500 mixed residences, over 260,000 square feet of mixed commercial sales and services, a 25-acre community park and the first segment of a planned community-wide greenway/bikeway network. A companion business center located along the I-20 corridor will accommodate an additional mixed commercial development. Phase 1 design plans are currently "on the boards".
