Through the GSA Comprehensive Furniture Management Services Schedule, GS&P provides complete interior design services, space planning, interior consultation and product specifications.

Scope of Services

712-4 - Design/layout services include but are not limited to:

Evaluate overall office and furniture requirements, existing inventory, space standards, functional office environment, work flow and process, and electrical, data and lighting requirements
Develop design solutions
Develop detailed space plans based on consultants evaluation and proposed design solutions
Provide documentation in printed and electronic formats
Produce drawings and other documentation containing sufficient detail of design intent for use by all parties
Develop furniture, furnishings and equipment specifications
Coordinate plan approval by customer agency and its subcomponents
