Massport's mission revolves around the development, promotion and management of airports and other transportation infrastructure to enable Massachusetts and New England to compete on a global scale. Their facilities employ more than 20,000 people and generate more than $8 billion annually for the region's economy. GS&P provided professional services related to both design and environmental compliance, helping the Authority to achieve their mission as efficiently and responsibly as possible. This included stormwater quality monitoring and improvement; SPCC plans; ELG assistance; NPDES permitting; and TMDL alternatives.
