Merging an elegant modern office with an international image. Foley Lardner, LLP, one of the largest international law firms in Jacksonville, has experienced significant change in personnel and systems.

GS&P evaluated their existing building to see if it could meet their updated standards for space and technical systems. After a renovation proved too financially and physically complicated, we assisted Foley Lardner in selecting one of Jacksonville's signature buildings to relocate their offices.

GS&P presented a fresh approach to the design of the office space. The end result is an efficient and functional floor plan married with upscale, modern office space.This project won an IIDA Florida Chapter Award for outstanding commercial project.
