Conversion of gym into Fine Arts Center. GS&P has provided design services to Martin Methodist College for more than nine years. On the heels of multiple successful projects, GS&P was again selected to provide design services for the renovation of a 1930s Art Deco-style gymnasium on campus. This historical building was converted into a Fine Arts Center for the college and community and includes a 121-seat recital hall, art gallery, art labs, classrooms, music library, multiple rehearsal rooms and offices. GS&P provided schematic design and a pricing document to renovate the gymnasium.
