Gateway to the downtown area. This client needed an ancillary building for their campus as a gateway to the downtown area. The new four-floor, 170,000-square-foot office building mirrors the existing headquarters facility and connects via a new pedestrian bridge, additionally creating a cohesion element with the existing campus. Supporting the new building are two coffee lounges for employees, ample surface parking, as well as a fitness and aerobics center.
The flexible floor plans and sustainable elements of the new building provide for the long term improvement of operating costs, maintenance and the built environment.
