Updating the UF campus. As the interior designer for the student common areas for University House 13th Street located adjacent to the University of Florida campus, GS&P designed the student common areas include wireless lounge, gaming area, fitness facility and communal kitchen.  GS&P also designed the common corridors, sales and administrative offices.

The project exudes the high energy of student life utilizing a vibrant scheme with natural colors as a backdrop.  Illustrating the design team and owner’s commitment to sustainable design, as well as the student’s attention to green elements and the environment, sustainable elements such as cork for the overall flooring was utilized. Additionally, the introduction of dropped ceiling features with contemporary light fixtures adds architectural interest to this exciting student space.
