Our design is really a scientific nature. GS&P provided architectural and interior design services to determine the programmatic requirements and develop a typical schematic layout for the Deloitte Forensic Center, a think tank aimed at exploring new accounting disciplines to important business issues, trends and events, developed by Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS).

Our architectural services included the design of a 28,000-square-foot Tier III data center with over 11,000 square feet of raised floor. Systems are designed to provide N+1 Redundancy and backup power will be provided through the use of three generators and a redundant N+1 chiller plant. An FM-2000 suppression system provides the fire protection for this facility.
