Riding into the future. The Cecil Commerce Equestrian Center is the centerpiece component of the new Cecil Commerce Center Regional Park. GS&P provided the master planning efforts for the 832-acre park and to design the new 100-acre Equestrian Center. With a 130,000 square foot air conditioned indoor arena, outdoor event ring with 2,500 covered seats, exterior covered practice ring, and seven additional outdoor rings, the Equestrian Center is a world class equestrian facilities.

The Cecil Commerce Community Center, representing the first phase of the development of the 832-acre Cecil Commerce Center Regional Park designed by GS&P, includes a 10,000-square-foot community center. The community center was developed in order to serve the dual purpose of a meeting space adjacent to the equestrian center and as well as welcoming “gatehouse” to the regional park.
