New and flexible facility. Nemours, one of the nation's largest children's health systems, sought a facility that would support the Nemours culture and better serve their operations. GS&P designed their three-story, 100,000-square-foot home office to provide flexibility and options for future expansion. The home office consolidates all of Nemours' business operations into one location, accommodating nearly 400 employees and providing more functional space for administration, operations, training and meetings. The end result is an efficient, state-of-the-art facility that supports and nurtures Nemours' business strategy and mission.
