Chip off the old block. GS&P renovated and upgraded three, 1960s vintage residence halls on the Louisburg College campus. The renovations include new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems along with new finishes and furniture. The new residence halls were developed with apartment suites, each suite containing four single-occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms and a combination living / kitchen area. The exterior of the buildings was also tailored to appear more similar to the traditional collegiate character of the campus.
